- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 24 de septiembre de 2015, proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca, mediante el cual se declaro incompetente para conocer la accion de tutela presentada por el ciudadano Hector Hernando Vanegas Barbosa contra la Superintendencia de Notariado y el Registro Seccional de Cundinamarca.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca, para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones el conocimiento de la accion de tutela de la referencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Caqueza, Cundinamarca, la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
